Kate is stable.
They have started attaching the rods to her spine and Dr. Akeson is satisfied with how the surgery is progressing.

Thank you for your updates. We have been thinking about you all day. Praying all continues to go well. Cute story. Addyson's toy horse is going to need surgery and we are all invited to the horse's pre surgery party. Wonder where she picked that up :) Even Addyson is thinking about Kate.
